Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 onions, chopped
12 oz. can beer
14 oz. can chicken broth
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Using potato
masher, partially mash vegetables, leaving some whole. Then stir in cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer
until cheese is melted. Stir and serve. 5 servings

Oh yum; this recipe is so delicious. Bacon is wrapped around chicken breasts and cooked in your crockpot in a
heavenly creamy sauce. Serve it with couscous to soak up the sauce.

8 bacon slices
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 oz) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour
Preparation:
Wrap one slice of bacon around each boneless chicken breast and place in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In medium
bowl, combine condensed soups, sour cream, and flour and mix with wire whisk to blend. Pour over chicken.
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked. Serves 8

This delicious beef and potato casserole invokes the flavors of the Caribbean with only five ingredients.

3 tablespoons Caribbean jerk marinade
2 pounds round steak
4 potatoes, cut into chunks
1/4 cup flour
1 (8-ounce) jar mango chutney
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation:
Trim excess fat from round steak and cut into 2" pieces. Combine marinade and beef in a large glass dish and
stir to coat. Let stand for 15-30 minutes.
Place potatoes in crockpot. Add flour to marinade/beef mixture, mix to coat, and place on top of potatoes. Add
chutney and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until beef and potatoes are tender. 4 servings

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Put chicken in a 3-4 quart crockpot and top with sweet potatoes and onions. Cover and cook on low for 7-8
hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sweet potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Remove
chicken, sweet potatoes and onions from crockpot with a slotted spoon and cover with foil to keep warm.
In heavy saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and mix well. Add juices from slow cooker along with
preserves. Cook and stir over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture boils and thickens. Cook for 2

Cook sausage in heavy skillet over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Stir sausage frequently to
break up as it cooks. Drain well and place in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Add pasta sauce and tomatoes and stir
well. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Then stir in tortellini, cover again and ccook on low for 20-40 minutes
or until pasta is tender and heated. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 servings

2 cups cubed pasteurized process American cheese

Preparation:

into small pieces. Drain beef thoroughly.
Combine in slow cooker with ketchup and mustard and mix well. Add chopped onion, if desired. Top with

4 cups chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
2 cups light cream
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation:
In a 3-4 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes and sauce from scalloped potato mix with chicken broth and
onions. Stir well to blend. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours.
In medium bowl mix together half and half and flour with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir this mixture into
the crockpot very slowly, stirring constantly. Stir until well blended. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 1
