Crockpot Beer Cheese Chowder
This soup must be topped with cheese flavored popcorn. You can also use roasted potato cubes to echo the 
flavors of the soup.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 7 hours, 


Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 onions, chopped
12 oz. can beer
14 oz. can chicken broth
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper


Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Using potato 
masher, partially mash vegetables, leaving some whole. Then stir in cheese. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer 
until cheese is melted. Stir and serve. 5 servings 


Sour Cream Bacon Chicken
Oh yum; this recipe is so delicious. Bacon is wrapped around chicken breasts and cooked in your crockpot in a 
heavenly creamy sauce. Serve it with couscous to soak up the sauce.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours, 


Ingredients:
8 bacon slices
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 (10 oz) cans roasted garlic cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour


Preparation:
Wrap one slice of bacon around each boneless chicken breast and place in a 3-4 quart crockpot. In medium 
bowl, combine condensed soups, sour cream, and flour and mix with wire whisk to blend. Pour over chicken. 
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until chicken and bacon are thoroughly cooked. Serves 8 



Crockpot Cajun Beef and Potatoes
This delicious beef and potato casserole invokes the flavors of the Caribbean with only five ingredients. 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 7 hours


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Caribbean jerk marinade
2 pounds round steak
4 potatoes, cut into chunks
1/4 cup flour
1 (8-ounce) jar mango chutney
1-1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Preparation:
Trim excess fat from round steak and cut into 2" pieces. Combine marinade and beef in a large glass dish and 
stir to coat. Let stand for 15-30 minutes. 
Place potatoes in crockpot. Add flour to marinade/beef mixture, mix to coat, and place on top of potatoes. Add 
chutney and broth. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours until beef and potatoes are tender. 4 servings 


Peachy Crockpot Chicken
This wonderful and easy recipe is so good for you! One serving supplies 100% of the Vitamin A you need every 
day. And it's delicious too.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours, 


Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup peach preserves


Preparation:
Put chicken in a 3-4 quart crockpot and top with sweet potatoes and onions. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 
hours until chicken is thoroughly cooked and sweet potatoes are tender when pierced with fork. Remove 
chicken, sweet potatoes and onions from crockpot with a slotted spoon and cover with foil to keep warm. 
In heavy saucepan, combine water and cornstarch and mix well. Add juices from slow cooker along with 
preserves. Cook and stir over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture boils and thickens. Cook for 2 
minutes, then pour over chicken and vegetables. 4 servings

Cheesy Crockpot Tortellini
This delicious Italian meal is made in your crockpot using only five ingredients.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours, 


Ingredients:
1 lb. Italian sausage
26 oz. jar pasta sauce
14 oz. can diced tomatoes with Italian seasonings, undrained
9 oz. pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup shredded pizza cheese OR grated Parmesan cheese


Preparation:
Cook sausage in heavy skillet over medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Stir sausage frequently to 
break up as it cooks. Drain well and place in 4-5 quart slow cooker. Add pasta sauce and tomatoes and stir 
well. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours. Then stir in tortellini, cover again and ccook on low for 20-40 minutes 
or until pasta is tender and heated. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 servings 


Peanut Butter Chicken
This super simple recipe is packed full of flavor 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 6 hours


Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 tearspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chicken stock


Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in 4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is 
tender and thoroughly cooked. Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles. 6 servings 


Crockpot Cheeseburgers
This super easy recipe uses just five ingredients, and are cheeseburgers in the form of sloppy joe sandwiches.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 4 hours, 


Ingredients:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
3 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 cups cubed pasteurized process American cheese
10 hamburger buns


Preparation:
Cook ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently to break meat up 
into small pieces. Drain beef thoroughly. 
Combine in slow cooker with ketchup and mustard and mix well. Add chopped onion, if desired. Top with 
cubed cheese. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours. Stir beef mixture gently. Serve beef mixture in 
hamburger buns. 10 sandwiches 


Crockpot Potato Chowder
This easy crockpot potato chowder is made with only five ingredients.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours, 


Ingredients:
5 oz. pkg. scalloped potato mix
4 cups chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
2 cups light cream
1/3 cup flour
1/8 tsp. white pepper


Preparation:
In a 3-4 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes and sauce from scalloped potato mix with chicken broth and 
onions. Stir well to blend. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours. 
In medium bowl mix together half and half and flour with a wire whisk until smooth. Stir this mixture into 
the crockpot very slowly, stirring constantly. Stir until well blended. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 1 
more hour, stirring occasionally, until soup is thickened. 5 servings
