Thanks for making the Milford Lobster Bake an incredible success & again a sellout - as usual we supplied  the Wines for your enjoyment -  The 30th annual Milford Rotary Lobster Bake - Proceeds from the Lobster Bake help fund Milford Rotary's community service projects here in Milford and across the world. Funds from previous events have supported scholarships for Milford high school seniors and college students, literacy programs for Milford schoolchildren, a medical clinic in the Philippines, and daycare scholarships for families in need. Approximately 2500 people attended this year & it was a complete sellout !!! Thanks for your support.

The Preview Gala for the Christmas in the Mansion was Spectacular, as always. We helped this great cause by donating our Wine & Time for this great event.  Another annual event for us, Held every year since 1990, Christmas in the Mansion is an elegant and premier "showcase of the season." Lauralton's beautiful thirty acre campus, particularly the 1864 Victorian Gothic Mansion, provides the ideal backdrop for this spectacular holiday extravaganza. The tradition of Christmas in the Mansion is known as "the" event which heralds in the season in both New Haven and Fairfield counties. It has twice been nominated as one of the top 100 events in the nation and attracts thousands of guests annually. Since its inception, the event has raised more than one and a half million dollars. We teamed with Holistic Health Counselors & Chefs Glen Colello & Lisa Storch to provide you with documented proof of why Chocolate is so beneficial to your health. They also taught us about the history of chocolate & how to make chocolate smoothies & treats that are DAIRY + SUGAR FREE !!!! & we also indulged in some great Organic Wines. It was the 4th Annual Bob Cooke Memorial Trek Against Skin Cancer benefiting The Skin Cancer Foundation Walk, Run or Bike Rain or Shine at  Lisman Landing Marina Milford, Connecticut. Mistress of Ceremonies - WTNH, Channel 8's Sonia Baghdady, anchor Monday-Friday on "Good Morning Connecticut" and " News Channel 8 at Noon". Special Guests included- Mayor James L. Thank you for making a day of  Health, Beauty & Charity a great time at The Center for Naturopathic Medicine - it was a day of health to raise funds for the Cancer Treatment Research Foundation and the Walter Payton Cancer Fund. The event focued on promoting your health from the inside out. The day included a yoga class, pilates, an eat for your health talk, a cooking demonstration, organic wine tasting ( that's where we came in ) , a beauty consultation, massage, ballroom dance class and demonstration, a stress alleviation techniques talk, a healthy lunch, a silent auction, and much more - all proceeds donated to Walter Payton Cancer Treatment Research  Fund. We Learned to better our health all around while we benefited the future of cancer treatment and those who are affected.

Thanks for making the 65th annual Boys & Girls Village Dinner at Stonebridge a great success, Pond Point & Café Atlantique co-hosted the event. It was a great  night of fun, food & Wine that supports a great cause. 

Thanks for making the first ever “Singles Night” in Milford with Great Date Now & Pond Point Wine & Spirits, Cafe Atlantique and Stonebridge Restaurant a stellar success - a portion of the proceeds from the event was donated to The Bob Cooke Skin Cancer Foundation. There was “live” music (soft jazz) outdoors on the Cafe's patio with appetizers and coffee served by the Café. Guests received a punch card with a list of participating merchants and visited the shops where wine, cheese, desserts, chocolates, and truffles were served. Wine was donated by Pond Point Wine & Spirits, cheese by The Villa Gourmet, desserts by Kathy’s Cookies and Sweet Designs, and chocolates and truffles by H. Mangels and snacks by Given to Gauche. Following visits to the stores, guests proceeded to Stonebridge for an Appetizer Buffet on the outdoor deck facing the river. Business cards that were collected from guests upon arrival to Café Atlantique were used to raffle off door prizes, including two free dates from Great Date Now. CHECK OUT THE VIDEO FROM CHANNEL 12 . Another one of our events that sells out EVERY YEAR - coincidence ? I think not !! With over 70 Wines and more than 20 different Beers for you to sample, along with local food venues - of course including Cafe Atlantique - it was once again the highlight to end the Summer, we had fun, food & supported our local charities.  Thank you so very much, without you none of this is possible - we truly appreciate it !!!

Thank you for making The Home Winemakers judging competition at Maltose Express in Monroe a Spectacular event , it was open to amateur winemakers, over 100 entries !!!!,  who wished to compete for a gold, silver and bronze medal. There was a panel of experienced wine judges who judged the wines entries. The entry fee for each wine that was entered was $10.00 for AWS members and $12.00 for non-members.
